Neighborhood Info

It's really about the apartment's location: walking distance to everything you need, including the R/F/G trains, and right in front of a B63 stop.

If you imbibe, we live above Skylark Bar, where the employees are nice, chill, and helpful. Noise has only been an issue one with the large crowds outside for special occasions or holidays (think Halloween or St. Patrick's).

Plenty of grocery stores, laundromats, street-serving restaurants, pharmacies, bagel shops, etc. to choose from, and you're four (avenue-length) blocks from the Prospect Park Bandshell entrance. Here's some other basic neighborhood stuff.
